Saturday: At night, my uncle and lil cousin came over for dinner at grandma's and afterwards...he was terrified of me the first time he ever saw me lol but this time was the second time and he liked me better this time round lol... went to The Peak for night scenery. OMG on the mtr ride there, my lil cuz, he's about 5, was playing and running around with my dad...and then when the train came, he ran towards it and suddenly, he slipped and his whole left foot slipped down the gap between the platform and the train!!!! omg, my dad was so freaked out, he ran over and scooped him up and hugged him like crazy in the train! My cuz just stood there really dazed...i dont think he realised what had happened...seriously, he could have slipped all the way down!!! except for the fact that his other leg stopped him!!! phew~ so much excitement! Lol, we went to the top and the view was pretty kewl...a bit foggy and all but the air was nice ^^ lol my cuz is so cute!!! He's afraid of heights ahahaha!! My uncle wanted to pick him but he freaked out and buried himself between his legs hahahah!! After a bunch of pix, we went back down and ate icecream =) (omg i was so stuffed...massive cone!) then went to central to look at some xmas lights and then back off home. Sunday: Highlight of the day: Went to APM and got my new laptop ^^ Most pointless trip of the day: Went to see some newly built old ship? lol i'm not actually sure...but it looks like something out of master and commander (i still shudder at the mention of that movie...yr 10? assessment task has scarred me lol) Interesting point of the day: Caught pretty much every type of public transport available in HK in one day...bus, tram, KCR, MTR, the above ground version of MTR, ferry! only missing the minibus, taxi and i suppose the airplane...lol Relo visit of the day: My dad's bro (and family) and um...some distantly related uncle (and fam)....lol Monday: ...That would be today... Hadnt had any plans (cuz dot cancelled on me =P) till dot called in the morn cuz she didnt want to be a 'lightbulb' lol so i got dragged along... Anyway, went to Mong Kok n being a lil late, she sends me an sms going 'there's 5 hot guys waiting for u' lol there turned out to be only 4 so she mustve been so excited she miscounted and included herself! =D Spent most of the day walking down 'goldfish street'...adeptly named cuz it sold....goldfish!!!! omg so so so so many!! the turtles are so cuteeeee ^^ and they were so cheap too!! it's like, $1 a turtle lol..too bad i cant smuggle it on the plane! But im so sick of fish atm...like, 5 hrs of fish has temporarily left me traumatised lol..and O yea, we went to some Sony showroom and left a really ugly surprise pic on one of the cameras hahahaha - darn, i shud had taken a pic of the pic......it'd b so kewl if its still there next time lol...but then agen, it would be so not kewl if someone recognised me from that pic lol~ |
